Caud Alley
When Tudor Corner was built it had to be placed on a new section of work surface as the first two walls were full. It looked odd on its own, so I added the Jazz Club to it as a temporary measure (until the next corner modular is released). Tudor Corner
The next modular build to be lit in the street is the 2025 Modular release - Tudor Corner. This is a three storey corner design with an angular footprint, and contains a small haberdashers to one side. The ground floor is a quaint old English style pub, or inn with a small bar space and kitchen to the rear. The Changes - visually

Natural History Museum
This is a single use modular, with an extended 48 stud base. It is a two storey building, with an additional small rooftop office. The ground floor of the museum contains a lobby area, along with two exhibition halls. The first floor features two additional exhibition halls along with a central area containing a solar system model. All Change
The current layout of the modular street (as it looked when the Jazz Club was added) has left a single 32x32 baseplate space for another modular building. The idea was that the next model - the 2024 release - would simply go into that gap or, if appropriate another 32x32 stud model could be swapped with the latest release.
