The next modular build to be lit in the street is the 2025 Modular release - Tudor Corner.
This is a three storey corner design with an angular footprint, and contains a small haberdashers to one side.
The ground floor is a quaint old English style pub, or inn with a small bar space and kitchen to the rear. The Haberdashers at the side has a small footprint but contains everything you;d expect inside it. The second floor is a clockmakers workshop, accessed via an external staircase, while the top floor is a small cosy apartment.
Ground floor: 1 LED strip light in the haberdashers, 2 BIT lights in the lamps on the bar counter and a further BIT light in the lamp above the entrance to the bar.

Second floor: 2 BIT lights in the lamps either side of the sofa in the partment.
As with previous builds, any elements that were removed in order to fit cables / wireless connectors were stored safely at the rear of the model.
The next modular to build and llght should be the 2026 modular.
