Boutique Hotel

The next modular build to be lit in the street is the 2022 Modular release - the Boutique Hotel.
This is a three storey corner hotel with a unique angular footprint, and contains a small art gallery to one side. The ground floor is the reception and lobby of the hotel, along with the single storey art gallery. The second floor is fitted out with two hotel rooms, and a rooftop terrace bar above the art gallery, while the top floor has a single hotel suite.
Ground floor: 1 LED strip light in the hotel lobby, 2 BIT lights in the lamps beside the hotel door and 1 LED strip in the art gallery.
First floor, 1 BIT light in the bedside lamp of the first hotel room, 1 BIT light in the bedside lamp and 1 BIT light in the floor lamp of the second hotel room, and 2 BIT lights in the lanterns on the rooftop terrace bar.
Second floor: 2 BIT lights in the lamps either side of the double bed, and 1 BIT light in the lamp on the desk in the hotel suite.
As with previous builds, any elements that were removed in order to fit cables / wireless connectors were stored safely at the rear of the model.
The next modular to build and llght should be the 2023 modular.
